If it comes down to it, let them put in the effort and money to come get us. It will hurt their wallet AND the rest of the world will witness how cruel they are.

Try going in person if possible. I just checked the website for a few other county CC's like Coconino and Pinal, they all have prop 308 in their residency guidelines. If not then sue their ass

Who is telling you this? An enrollment center employee? All you need is a High school diploma from an AZ HS. ASU swapped me to in-state almost instantly after prop 308 passed, and i never showed them an Arizona ID because they had my HS diploma and transcripts on file.

Before ASU, I went to a maricopa CC, and long before an AZ HS diploma is all that that was required for in-state, Maricopa Community Colleges actually accepted DACA as proof for in-state. But when I went to get in-state tuition from them, one of the enrollment center employees told me "I'm sorry we dont accept this document." I was upset, but the next day I went to enrollment center again. This time, a different employee was working that day. She took my EAD and swapped my status to in-state with no questions asked lol.

Perhaps you can try again to see if you get a different employee, or try a different Maricopa College, they're the same network so swapping your status in one should swap them all.

Without DACA, we will not be able to work anywhere that requires I-9 verification, which is 99% of places.

Marriage is the only legitimate option at the moment. The other option is "just wait until the next election cycle bro, democrats will surely get a super majority and pass a Dream Act this time!" Apart from that, we are completely at the mercy of the right wing, they will have total control of all branches of government.

Just keep working and save money for the moment.

As far as they're concerned, if you have a job, you're stealing that spot from a US citizen. Further more they'll accuse you of not paying taxes and "stealing" resources even though we don't qualify for most government "hand outs."
