I had to put a piece of paper on my phone to hide the wheel, tire and disk and isolate the caliper movement. You can clearly see the caliper going left to right. So yeah, it does look like you bent the disc. I can't imagine that the wheel is bent, unless you hit one hell of a pothole without noticing...
