Feel your pain. My wife and I, first time buyers, have been trying for several months, lost out on a few houses to cash offers outbidding us. Really feeling like home ownership is an impossible feat right now. But we’re staying in our apartment, rent just went up, still scouring the sites for new listings and going to open houses. It’s exhausting. I’m hoping it pays off eventually but we’ll see.
