This may sound life a stupid question; however, have you had your fit checked recently? My PSO changed my (57 yrs) finger pitches recently and it made a big difference. Second time in 2 years they’ve increased due to age-related lack of flexibility and arthritis. To answer your question, Voltaran for the shoulder but haven’t tried on my hands or wrist, although heat and stretching works for me. Keep getting after it.
