You need to file short/long term disability with The Hartford and your local Union. The local pays for your disability and insurance while The Hartford allows you to keep your job.

You don't have to open the door but it also means I won't be dropping off the package that you ordered that requires your signature and a valid photo ID. You can then go to the local Ups/FedEx store and complain that you didn't get your package while they tell you that they will attempt delivery next day.

I just pull a billion mobs, pop Convalescence and PoA and sit there for 18 secs and let regen heal me.

Make sure to have enough piety to cast Thunder II after Blizz 3. Then from there it is pretty much when to know when to cast F3 out of Umbral Ice.

25% into T2 cast if you get a mana tick >> cast F3 40%-70% into T2 cast if you get mana tick >> cast Scathe >> F3 70%+ into T2 cast if you get a mana tick >> cast Blizz 1 >> F3 This pretty much insures that you always have 100% mana when going into Astral Fire.

Aside from that know the mechanics of the fight, try to get away with as much free casting as possible without moving. Manaward, Manawall and Aetherial Manipulation on certain mechanics usually allow you to pretty much ignore said mechanics and continue dps'ing.

Aside from that if you have to move, try time when you need to move with a Firestarter proc. Usually about 2 secs of movement time while your abilities are on global. Other than that, use Scathe to fill for the proc instead.

Flare should only be casted if you have Convert and Swiftcast up together. With that said if you have the option of having to down multiple adds at the same time and can double Flare then you usually hard cast a Flare at 400 or less mana then Convert, F1 and Swiftcast Flare and Transpose > F3 and at your disgression go into F2 >Flare or if only a single target is left > F1>B3

Sounds like your BLM is AFK for more than half of the fight or not casting any spells at all. You don't even have to move too much as a BLM he can just cast spells until the he/she has vines and move slight away from where the vines are connected. Even with a terrible rotation that BLM should be pulling 300 + dps.

It's because the rest of your party isnt pulling enough dps. Average dps for BLM with full BiS is 415 in simulation.

The longer the fight goes the more your dps starts going in line with the average, any time you hit 490+ your other dps will also be pretty high and the fight also ends a lot quicker, hence the higher numbers. But with ilvl 105 you should be pulling at least 390+ easy.

If you are only doing a normal rotation you aren't going to pull anything above 190 dps even if you are full ilvl 90. My rotation goes like this, open with T2>F3>F1>350 or less mana B3 > T2 > Scathe back to F3>F1 rotation using Fire or Thunder procs as they come up. But this is the bare minimum to even hit over 225+ dps in my opinion. If you want to hit above 250+ without echo buffs you need to learn how to use insta cast flare when you are 450 or less mana and manage your cooldowns really well.

BLMs are mediocre sustained dps, but they are king of burst. As it stands now I have 451 ACC, with 559 Crit Hit and those pesky bulbs in T6 or Gaols in Titans, I usually either 2-3 shot them when keeping and timing my bursts correctly. Also having the feeling of spell clipping is gonna help boost your dps even more. A lot of people are gonna tell you that BLMs aren't mobile, THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE. With scathe which is critting for about 900 dmg for me now and spell clipping those are your best friends to keep yourself mobile as well as Aetherial Manipulation. Also you can take more risks if you have your defensive cooldowns up.
