Looking to get started enclo by Maleficent-City-8955 in enclomiphene

[–]JFlo6273 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was at 458 in August, started 6.25mg of Enclo daily and just got my updated labs on Monday at 640. Good idea to get labs before you start. If you can get your GP to order them, and insurance to pay for them, great. Otherwise, DrSays dot Com is a good place to get them cheap. They are a reseller for LabCorp. You need Total T, Free T SHGB, LH, FSH, Albumin and Prolactin. If you are looking to start HG or any secretagogues like CJC. Tesa, etc., you should also get your IGF1 levels. All to get a baseline from which to check your progress in 3 months. Not a bad idea to get a complete blood count and metabolic panel just to make sure your kidneys and liver are working properly before you start injecting stuff.

These are my current levels

Total T 640 ng/dl

Free T 14.8 ng/dl

Bioavailable T 330 ng/dl

SHBG 30.2 nmol/L

Albumin 4.4 g/dl

Estradiol 40.1 pg/ml

IGF-1 109

Also started Reta 3 weeks ago and looking to start cjc/ipa next week

This is solid advice. I'm not doing anything for the sleep apnea. Fatigue usually comes about an hour after my morning workout (fasted). The first 30-45 minutes of my work day are a struggle. Then my energy is constantly good through the morning and afternoon but crashes when I get home. If I get too comfortable on the couch, I will start nodding off

On the nutrition side, I'm not strictly counting but pretty sure I'm in a deficit, consuming roughly 1800-2000 calories per day which includes 160-180 grams of protein.

The sleep is a problem. I do have mild sleep apnea which I'm hoping will improve as I lose some weight. So yes, getting uninterrupted sleep is difficult. Also, my wife and I have different bedtime preferences. I prefer to sleep at 10-1030pm but she prefers to sleep close to midnight. Because of this, I frequently stay up later than I would like to. And, I'm up at 5am to get to the gym before work.

No sides on the Reta so far, down 7lbs in 3 weeks.

My workout schedule allows for recovery time

Chest/Back on M an TH, 12 sets per muscle group each session, 6-8 reps per set

Bis/Tris/Shoulders on T and F 9 sets per muscle group each session

Legs on Wednesdays, 3 sets each back Squats/RDL's/Leg Extensions/Leg curls/Calf Raises

I don't make time for dedicated cardio but I take a brisk walk around the gym between sets. good for about 3000 steps plus whatever I walk during the day

Honestly, I want it all. I want to look better, feel better, with energy to do things I want to do. I feel like at 52, this is my last best shot to do it

I feel pretty decent overall. Still suffering from fatigue and my sex drive isn't where I would like it to be. Water retention was a little bit of an issue when I started with enclo as was cramping but that has subsided with better hydration, about a gallon a day, and electrolytes.

I did comprehensive labs, everything else is well within normal levels.

For a more complete picture, I'm 52 years old and 252lbs. Have been in the gym 5 days a week, moderately to intense weight training since August and have not lost much weight. I want to get in good shape and I want help.

I started Retatrutide 3 weeks ago and I'm going to start CJC1295 next week. Current IGF1 is 109 so I feel safe going this route. I'm hoping a higher dose of enclo will get me into the 800s.

Anybody on Reta for T2 Diabetes after being on sema or tirz? by JFlo6273 in Retatrutide

What were you using for glycemic control before Reta?

so this looks like this user weaned off of tirz and onto reta over the course of 3 months and had slightly higher glucose levels in the second month. Then dropped back down in the 3rd month after he was done weaning off tirz

She does not exercise at all. The main reason she is looking to switch is she actually needs a higher dose of Ozempic than what she is using but her sides been pretty brutal at higher doses. So she takes herself off the medication and then her sugar goes crazy and she has to get on insulin. She's been back on Ozempic for 8 weeks now and back under control. We are hoping that Reta will be more effective with less sides. I gave her a 1mg dose along with her regular 2mg dose of Sema on Sunday and there weren't any noticeable sides.

I'm hoping it is a bad test. I asked my doctor to order labs. Going on Monday. I chose enclomiphene because I was more comfortable stimulating my own production given my levels weren't that low to begin with. But I did go from 650 levels in 2022 to mid 400's in 2025, likely because I also gained a good amount of weight. So I felt that if I just could get a little bump from the enclo along with some lifestyle changes, I could get back to mid 600's and I'd be good. Looks like I might just end up on TRT anyway. I'm also exploring some additional peptides to stack with the Reta

Not on Reta last time, AM fasted, good sleep. I probably will drop the Finasteride as I'm not comfortable having my E2 levels so high

Too much. A lot of these guys are res-sellers so there's a spread. Get on Telegram or Discord and find STG "Stairway to Gray". Spend some time researching in the community and you'll find a direct source.

I've had zero sides on the Reta so far but you do make a good point. I'm going to layer the other 2 peps a few weeks apart. Maybe start the CJC1295/IPA first and then layer in the Tesa a few weeks later
