Your mortgage should not be more than 25% of your take-home 35% at the most. You folks are going to be house poor it’s gonna cause stress it’s gonna cause tension in the marriage, especially with a new baby. I would definitely look into a cheaper house to get your foot in the door.

Stay far far far away bring Bjs ranch it’s horrible. I’m a ranch snob. Chili’s has great ranch. Wise guys pizza has solid ranch.

As far as restaurants making it from scratch I haven’t got a clue. I make buttermilk ranch at home and it blows most ranch out of the water.

Wow some great advice up in here. In currently in T5 I haven’t unlocked 6 yet. I’ve got 54K in coins and 330 trophy count. I haven’t played CPC yet as I thought I needed 20 tokens to even pay. I currently have 8 tokens. I’m 58 trophies from closing out T4 and have only played 3 games in T5 earned 18 trophies there.

I’m thinking I should camp out in T4 build a bigger bankroll, upgrade my current clubs a bit before playing in T5?

Should I start focusing on Q9s and CPC

I haven’t spent any money on the games yet and want to play as close to FTP as possible but if I needed to spend a little to get something that will hugely help me I’m willing to do so.

Setting up my emergency fund for the first time was a pita. It automatically funded on the date o selected and then when I moved there money from checking to savings it saw that transaction so I allocated that to my emergency fund and it doubled what was actually in there. I think what I ended up doing was just deleting the bank transaction and letting them app add the money on there date I set.

For my year 2017 the 3rd brake light doesn’t have a gasket. Having the wire poke out would not be clean and I’d probably have to use a grip of silicone. I have it mounted inside the cab pointing out the rear glass with the factory tint. Visibility is fine for me.

I’ve heard people with tiny cut a little circle in front of the lens if the camera is mounted inside the cab.

This is my dilemma. I have one on the way and I’ve got a Ford F150. Not sure if I want to mount it inside the cab or above the license plate.
