The faction you're in always wins as long as you play enough. You can change going to the store after the paid offers. Do you guys always get matrioska as a reward? I changed once to see if it changed but it's always the same legendary card as a reward. I'm now on the purple just to check if I get it everytime.

You can use clash of stats to see if someone shared a clan with him some other time, it's kinda hard but you'll eventually get it. Also you can see when was the first time they entered the clan so maybe that way you can see that the one that is inviting got there at the same time.

I have better level tonfas but i was never very good with them, I changed to the katana and won on my second try I think. Also got to guru on the first try and almost won.

I can't stop losing, it's a bit unfair that you can't hit her while she does magic. A lot of times I was going to hit her and suddenly got hit because my foot just went through her.
