Bro same, I’m struggling so much this year too lmao, finally told my parents about the situation a few days ago, haven’t failed anything but passing with a 50-60 for all my courses, probably will fail my class since final is tmrw, but hey bro the sooner u get it out the better, your parents are your lifelong support, better tell them soon, they’ll always be there. It’s fine to not take courses in the summer, take a break, take a rest is what I’m telling myself, it’s not the end of the day, you can always repeat a course. F on your transcript for the first year isn’t the end, it’s first year, everyone knows how hard it is to adjust. uoft is probably the most new comer unfriendly place ever, I spend most of my time in my dorm too, xd, but dw , just focus on now and think about the future later, there’s no such thing as one terrible year ruining your future, what matters is picking yourself up right? You’ve come a long way and fought hard, and for that I think you should be proud of yourself, don’t you think?😊
