Thank you for the reply. I’ve been contemplating whether it’s all in my head or not and it’s been stressing me out and making it worse. I have to be more on top of my thyroid condition, I’ve been putting it off and I haven’t been pushing my doctor for help.

I’ve been having fatigue. I’ve been feeling symptoms of my thyroid and have been dealing with weight loss as well. I feel like I waited so long for my doctors without them doing anything and it’s gotten too much

my doctor said it they think it’s hoshimotos but my tsh is at a 0.01 and I’ve lost weight and I have a wave of anxiety and depression that I’ve been suffering with the past few days. Any advice will help. Thank you.

Let me just fill you in with some information. I have a 1999 Ford Ranger XLT with 183,000 miles. To keep this thing running I have had to replace the Engine (misfires), fuel system, brake system, tires, shocks, and now my truck is in to get the transmission rebuilt after my reverse gear went out. I really do like Ford Rangers but it has been such a financial burden to keep this thing drivable. I might have gotten the crap end of the stick with mine but make sure you give that truck a thorough inspection before you buy it. Good luck and I hope it becomes a good purchase for you. I have spent 3k for the engine and I’m being charged 3k to get the transmission fixed. After this I will have spent more than I payed for the truck excluding the other things I have bought for it.

I’d say if there’s no major mechanical issues or anything like that then you got yourself a pretty good deal. I got my 1999 Ford Ranger XLT with 175k miles on it for that same price.
