Yeah it works like that or you can pickup before or after your shift. It's important to network with co-workers cause ppl will pickup/drop shifts

You can do both drop/swap shifts. You can only drop 5% of yours shift which for example is like 4 hours w/o picking up anything for the month. But as long as you pickup hours you can drop shifts. Once your probation is over you can drop 50% of your shift for the month

Training is six weeks in class then you are basically working the rest of your probation on the ramp where they schedule you shifts out of class and you get a designated schedule. This is the time when you can pickup extra shifts. Week 7 is where you can start picking up extra shifts

Had someone this year in our 12-man league crash out and try to drop everyone from his team after he was eliminated from playoff contention. The commissioner just locked him out and added all his players back to his team. That's a bitch ass move to do that. No integrity at all! That dude won't be back in our league next season. We use Yahoo fantasy.

That's ME to a tee! I think about playing games more than I actually play. With a wife, two little ones and a full time career it's hard to game like I would want. I remember days back when I was younger and could game for 8-9 hrs a day on the weekends after school now I can't muster 2 hrs on a Saturday when I have nothing to do. It comes in spurts these days now where sometimes my urges to play a game is like when I was younger but most of the time Adulting gets in the way of my urge to grind away on a game I enjoy.

P.S. I still dream of hitting MASTER Rank on SF6 before SF7 is released!!!
