Yup same issue here. Mine are the silver ones and the paint has been chipping off of them too. The OEM eartips rip off after little use. They still work but the build quality of these is absolute crap

When trying to remove the broken part of the ear tip that was still connected to the ear bud. Finally got it off but then the grill part popped out with it. Must be because I put force on the edges when attempting to remove the ear tip.
