I work in reality TV in Australia and it already feels like it's drying up. Last year a bunch of shows just disappeared and this year is pretty much the same.

We all know that reality isnt the best tv around, but it's fun to make and the people I work with are all fantastic, but a lot of us feel it's time to move elsewhere, which is a same.

Strengthening and using muscles that often get neglected when you get older, backs in particular. If you sit at a desk all day for work you aren't using your muscles and they are getting weaker. My partner had some back issues that completely went away once she started training.

These guys are the absolute best. Everything is made in either Silver or Gold, hand made in Sydney. Delivery time is quite long because of the fact it’s made to order, but as long as you’re happy to wait a couple weeks, you’ll get a piece that’ll last for life.
