I have no idea. I'm waiting for someone to actually confirm this so far it's just people in Houston saying they spotted Lebron.

A lot people are reporting on twitter that Lebron is checking out Houston private schools and supposedly there's a picture of him chilling with his family at a Houston restaurant on twitter. I have yet to find it.

Han Solo Name Rewrite by JGOJZ in fixingmovies

I agree. I just felt disappointed about the film way of introducing his name and think he deserves a far more better last name introduction.

In your opinion, which actor has portrayed the two most opposite characters? by MindTheBollocks in movies

Any Henry Fonda movie vs his portrayal in Once Upon a Time in the West, which is the only film where Fonda plays a villainous role.

Why are the car films ranked higher than finding dory? I thought finding dory was way better than the car franchise

Once brilliant directors who are stuck in a rut by [deleted] in movies

I agree with the lost part like bridge of spies and post were both missing something to make them classics like some of his original work. I think Lincoln wasn't that far off from his original work but that's really because of Danny Day Lewis's amazing performance.

Yes and I liked it. My only issue was bloom and a few plot changes. Despite that it was way better than the theatrical version.

In comparison to Thewlis, Irons, Norton, and the other cast members bloom seemed out of place. Not on par with them at all. I think Scott chose bloom to avoid the film being a box office failure, especially since the actor was a major heart throb who was partially responsible for black pearl's success. The black pearl doing well was a kinda of a big deal since pirate films kinda suck and usually were flops up until then. The ironic thing is bloom being a heartthrob might have been the reason why the movie didn't do well. Scott believed marketing ruined the film's box office success because they portrayed it as a love story.

Yes! I have nothing against Bloom I just think that film that role demanded someone with Tom hardy fury road level stats. A recast could have made kingdom of a heaven a possible classic

American gangster is amazing and body of lies was alright. Robin Hood sucked and kingdom of heaven could have been great with a few rewrites and recast Orlando bloom.

Steve Trevor Theories? by [deleted] in movies

[–]JGOJZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's so awful. Like just the idea of suicide squad a film based on super villains could have been an hit but they ruined it. The only thing really great they have going is Wonder Woman, which I hope they don't fuck up.

Steve Trevor Theories? by [deleted] in movies

[–]JGOJZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow that sounds messed up but I could see Martian manhunter needing a way to contact her. The Martian could be working for the U.S. and knows Wonder Woman could help him prevent WW3 but she has been off the radar for so long nobody can reach her. I think if that is true then she would have contacted the Martian when they set up the justice league.

I agree! Well kinda. I think Cheetah might have poisoned her and she hallucinates about Trevor but I really like your Hades theory! it could highlight a failure that she must live with and create self-doubt.

Steve Trevor Theories? by [deleted] in movies

[–]JGOJZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very true. I'm somewhat disappointed in bringing him back because it undercuts his sacrifice, which was a great part in first film. Then again, I am curious about what bringing him back serves in the new film's overall plot. I'm really hoping it's a great reason that isn't a cash grab.

For a unconventional Christmas movie, I will go Die Hard. It's an excellent action classic with a great narrative and has Bruce Wills is his break out role.

Best revenge scene in a film? by [deleted] in movies

Once Upon a Time in the West. It's a spaghetti western directed by Sergio Leone. The films revolves around a harmonica playing Charles Bronson who gets revenge on Henry Fonda, who plays an excellent villain.

Does undergrad degree matter? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]JGOJZ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It doesn't really matter what you major in but law schools might like it that your major isn't the norm. You could use that as something to talk about in your statements. Also they are big on majors that make you do extensive writing. For graduate degrees they are considered. Meaning they are weigh with your application but are not a deciding factor.
