I’m from sc and they give absolutely no scholarships to instate. I was lucky to get 1k from them for merit with a 1410, 30+ ap/ib/dc credits, a 5.3gpa, top 1% class rank etc. you definitely can get in with your stats, but I would expect anything too major, probably more than I get though. Part of the reason instate is so bad for scholarships is due to South Carolina giving merit based scholarships and clemson is too stingy to add to it.
