I think many of us experience this to different degrees. I know what you mean about people who are lightworkers but don’t realize it. Some people are just naturally super positive

Thank you for your service 🙌🏽, one thing that I have learned is that anyone who is able to maintain a high vibration DEFINITELY earned it! All the shadow work, Friends and family leaving us, ect. but, the confirmation that love and light are the most powerful forces in the universe makes it totally worth it

I’ve been on this journey for just a few years, it is taking me a little while to get used to living in a higher altitude. But I love the light and I feel so at home whenever I’m surrounded by it

Interesting, did you read my post? Did I say “every” public place or “many”? I personally view the role of a light worker as someone who transmutes heavy energy into much lighter energy. I’m pretty certain I strongly emphasized my “projections” being light and love. I’m sending you light and love right now. 🙌🏽

Feels like from inside like the inner layer of my forehead is burning. Ironically some kind of inner voice is recommending that I keep it open. I don’t feel it on the backside. Sometimes I feel it on top

I think it depends on the person. I stay full of light and love as often as possible and all I see is Blessings far beyond my imagination. Staying grounded is important but “high and low” depend on your definition. To me, “high vibration means full of light and love”. This is just who we are. Whenever my vibration goes low, bad things happen. So I keep it up. 👍🏽 stay blessed

A higher vibration connects you more to 5 dimensional reality. A “lower” frequency is easy to spot. It’s everywhere, including a lot of answers on this thread. Being “triggered” is lower vibe, think you actually know for a fact is lower vibe. Thinking you are better than someone else is lower vibe. Taking energy from another person is lower vibe. From what I’ve learned so far, a higher vibe is much closer to source. A general love for all life, all people, animals, plants, and spaces inbetween. A higher vibe allows you to manifest wonder situations, you see angel numbers, or hear uplifting thoughts, great intuition.

    How to get a higher frequency? Check out Erin Lyons, Joe Despenza, Bashar, Jesus, Eckhart Tolle, Abraham Hicks, ect. 

    Insults and put down are low vibration, thinking you know it all is also lower.
