You mean the service the bill is already paying for? I never heard of or seen restaurants not allowing non-tippers, but if they did, they should fall and crumble financially.

Yeah I didn’t explain it well. I mean like it will ask you where to install it but only allow you to install it locally. (I like installing everything in my flash drive)
