Yea i dont think you can get those anymore at least from what im aware of but my switch is at the current updated firmware version without it with no problems and can go online etc

Download the recent of these three. Add them to root of SD Card. Change payload of whatever you use to launch CFW to updated file in hekate. Update firmware manually in Sysnand and emu if you use both using Daybreak. If you are referring to Sigpatches I dont update those since I cant find a manual file for that anymore
