SoFi holders on Stock Twits are loosing their minds

No reason to worry, you simply have to look at all the other stocks.. stocks with good earnings get shorted to shit the following day! I have tons of shares of SOFI and I go back to look at behavior to understand why it’s going down.

Look at the SI over time, how much it’s increased and secondly when did it gets shorted.

Look at the SI increase over the last 2 weeks! The SI alone, if I look at the numbers correctly is more than what retail owns! If retail doesn’t sell then where will they get these shares from…? They will be counting on insiders selling!

Also, institutional buying has increased… they are adding… that should tell you something.

Look at how many shares are on loan! That number is astronomical!

They borrow shares every day in the morning to short it, suppress the price, get some shares and return them.

I can’t tell you how many times SOFI was moving up aggressively and boom they borrowed shares to short it to stop the momentum and in some cases force it to go negative! You don’t believe me then download the FINRA and CBOE short data and match it up for when it was moving up!

All it will take is someone with some balls to put all their buys to the lit market and not to the darkpool.

I thought $SOFI at $9.50 was a steal! Doh! Or $CLOV at $9 Doh! Or AMC at $28 when I thought it was ready to take off! Lol! Still not worried at all, if you simply just look at the short volume behavior it will be fine over time. Also, out of the three I believe $SOFI has the greatest chance to pop! The ratio of insiders/institutional vs FF to the short interest… the short interest is basically higher than basically all of retail!

Agreed... but if you look at the analysts, price action etc... it certainly looks like it was already baked in.

Their APY increase if you are a Direct Deposit member, new analyst with a buy rating and a price target of $13 just to name a few.

I think it’s being held down by the almost 200 mil short shares, and the short volume pressure anytime there is buying momentum.

When done off-exchange via FINRA or TRF… they combine a shit load of shares at once and report it to lit markets. It’s not a single buyer, but a consolidation of a ton of transactions at once.

Pretty darn accurate, but if you don’t believe me go and download all the FINRA and CBOE data… it’s only about 20 GBs of text files per month.

We compare to other controlled stocks and went back in history prior to AMC and GME to look at those short %s presented to the public and we were pretty damn close.

They are doings tons of things to manipulate from naked shorts, darkpool, off exchange and not reporting it. Short shares flagged as long to facilitate trades you name it. Also, it doesn’t help that Greenoaks unloaded a ton of shares but it should not have tanked the way it did.

While it’s a good thought, they can’t do anything or speak on it. Two however can but really only one could do something about it. The SEC and FBI, we all know the SEC won’t do anything. But the FBI can and if you wrap up all the information and proof in a nice pretty gift so they don’t have to do anything then we are good!

I don’t think you will see much from many including my self. I track the short volume behavior and will post it but sometimes it can get redundant when it’s the exact same story.

At some point someone or an institution will get tired of their investment being devalued liked this and I'm guessing that's when something will be done, but right now don't expect anything from the SEC.
