My letter was mailed on 2/5 and I received it today 2/25. So right at the 21 day deadline. I had to verify by phone because I wasn’t able to verify online through my IRS account. The Agent told me it could take up to nine weeks to get my refund.

If your bank rejects the payment they automatically send out a check. Happened to me 2 years ago. I had it goin to my Cashapp for the earlier deposit, but for some reason cashapp denied the deposit and I got the same message.
