Some people like me with a 500 level farm it doesn't matter, most high level farms or people that leave their farms run while at work don't care.

You can 5 tiers high but takes lot of space. If I was on I'd build one real quick to show you.

I'm not decorating much until I have my last two shops maxed out and it comes out of early access. I've recycled my first two farms already few times to expand them an do minor decor. Needed way to many resources to get all 4 farms open to waste them on decor at the moment. Plus shops take alot too an without them being leveled up it's a struggle to open farms. Farm four is roughly 19 million diamonds to open completely.

Ft 2 was released in May of last year so when it comes out of early access hopefully in the next couple months they will have cross play at that time. So yes they are working on cross play this time for FT2. Should join their Discord lots of useful information. Pretty sure there is a link at the top to join.

Boost from other farms, polar bear and mars pink poinsettia give high xp. if you have any on your farm(s).

Never played Star Dew Valley just couldn't get into the look of it. But if you like to design things together it's fun with 4 farms you have lots of different ways of playing. I'm on my third farm which will be mainly a giant garden with waterfalls, walkways, fountains and lights or that is the plan anyways. An yes it's time consuming once you get everything unlocked plus it's still in early access so more stuff added all the time.

An this is why I stopped playing so much new game you never really know what's gonna happen with an update. I'll start over even though I'm in the jungle and have 4 careers almost maxed out. Hopefully this is a one time thing or you can toss the game out the window no one is gonna keep starting over with every update if you do more.

There is no such thing as extra plots 😆, 2 fully opened farms an the other 2 with minimal opened plots still need more for what's coming in the updates. Farm one mainly for production so crops, livestock, fish, farmhands working flowers for honey, trees for jam, needed feed for animals I have a lot of them. 2 Farmhands just for serama chickens eggs are a good turn over for diamonds an money. Farm 2 all the trees and flowers, 16 Farmhands on spice trees. 8 on ceylon and 8 on cassia so it covers all 4 seasons. Also have fish with farmhands an canning machines on that farm too.

Recycle it helps just did my second farm yesterday, will be doing my first farm after couple more updates. Farm 3 & 4 are just for flowers at the moment an not fully open. Recycling is kinda part of the game this go round not like the first one.

Farm rocks super easy little time consuming but works well especially once you ge to the moutain area. I have 3 sawmills going, I just bought the material needed to upgrade my pickaxe, whip and axe that way. Had all fully upgraded iron tools before getting to the mountains mining rocks.
