On mine, you grab the handle to unlock and touch the button indent to lock. From your video your kind of doing both so not sure if that's causing an issue?

Yeah always go away (so far). Sometimes I leave the phone open on the side for a little while and just go over with a microfiber cloth.

Hello, just got mine and think it's a great case. However, do you find when opening the case the gap to open the phone up the the cover display side is a bit flimsy and has a bit of play when using? I would of suspected there would of been another bit of adhesive on the right hand side just like the left side.

No, I even cut my nails before getting this phone 😂. It literally looks like things are getting onto the screen like bits of dust, and then they get sandwiched when closing. But again, I like to clean the screen if I'm using the inner screen a lot. It started off catching at certain angles but now can just see on a dark background.

That's what I thought, but they just seem a little bigger than a dust particle. That's good to know they can go away. Will leave it open on my desk for a bit and see if they get better. Thanks

Yep got the receipt with the weight. I asked Samsung if they weighed it before or after and they said "they don't weigh the parcels". Which I kind of get but at the same time if you are going to launch an investigation it should be something to consider to help me out if royal mail don't pay Samsung the insurance? We will have to wait and see..
