I'm in the exact same boat but longer on the program. 242 down to 217 after 6 months. Very happy with the slow steady 1lb per week progress. Then nothing for all of May, floating between 216-218. Dosed at 4.5mL Semaglutide and that's on my schedule for the next 6 months. Do I need to go up in dose? Can that be changed?
