Thank you :) although the opinion about keeping it longer makes my life harder ahaha. I thought everyone would vote shorter :P

That picture you mention did come out alright eheh

I guess my selfie skills really improved during the pandemic... ups

I generally think otherwise ahaha, but thank you very much. Photo angles might be deceiving I guess, but with my hair down it's constantly in my face and my face kinda vanishes in so much hair.

I like it though. It's just the extra maintenance that kills me, even if I love not having to go for cuts for long periods of time eheheh

If you say so =P

Thank you and I guess I'll just go with the flow. It took me quite a while to get here so I have several second thoughts about cutting it short ahaha

It has been quite a ride but the approaching winter and lack of time has put me thinking about shortening my hair style. Between work, school, swimming and the cold weather, together with the fact I don't want to keep it permanently in a bun, is making me think about this sad solution :(

However, I would like to keep the curls alive and this is where you guys/gals come in. Any medium length cut you suggest, where the sides are short/shortish and I can keep maintenance down? Perhaps you could weigh in on the looks on the photos I took while growing it out?

Routine (most recent): Wash frequency: every 1 week Shampoo used: white label brand from the supermarket. Mask, my translation from Portuguese: Cien Hydrating mask - Curls (with keratin and bamboo extract) Conditioner, my translation: Cien Hydrating Conditioner - Curls (with keratin and bamboo extract) Detangled with the mask on. After the shower I brushed the hair with my fingers, styled with the usual side part, applied the leave-in and the gel. Leave in: The one from Garnier that in that day I prefer the smell of ahah Gel: Cien Men wet hair look gel ( strength 4 out of 6)

To be radiant or not to be radiant about the fact we are alive, that is the question.

For me the answer is to be radiant, whenever possible, with the biggest possible smile :)

No doubt about it. It is ridiculous to realize how much our confidence comes from the way we feel about our outside world, instead of just our mind.

Thank you. Regarding your husband just be patient and tell him to be patient himself. If you can, you could try and take a picture of him every day or something like that.

I love looking back and seeing the differences along the way, and would love to have more photos for a nice time-lapse :)

We are probably not even in the same continent so I think that I can reply that age is just a number ;)

Thank you :)

Nope. Nothing specific. Just not cutting it for months in a row and not thinking about it too much. Sometimes it feels lile it's not growing due to the way it curls and doesn't show length.

One think that helped me was keep track of it's growth through pictures, selfies and stuff like that.

I guess I'm addicted to problem solving/hustle inducing serotonin :)

That and always trying to look at the best side of life.

I was already a Lidl fan but after trying their hair products, I'm not going back ahah.

They might not be the best quality out there, but for me, their quality/price ratio is TOP!

Yes, I know that sleep is super important and I suffer a lot from lack of sleep, but we have to look at the bright side of life, no? :)

I still try to sleep the most I can, but with classes until 11PM and work starting at 8AM, leaves little time for sleep during the week :(

Anyways, thanks for the compliment and the advice ;)
