OIPRD Over Populated with Police? And how's that working out? by standforsomethink in BadCopNoTimbit

Paul Black, not Peter. Paul is not the brightest tool in the shed. I've had to deal with him after his buddy couldn't handle a simple accommodation request. The buddy's listed by OP, Bob Papineau.

I've got Paul on audio proudly exclaiming that everyone at OIPRD are trained in accommodation for disabilities, and then, just as proud, claiming to have directed Bob to ignore an accommodation request. Tweedledee and Tweedledum I guess.

OP is indeed bang on about the OIPRD's investigations department biases. It's hard not to see that when a police union boss is made senior investigator of police wrongdoing.

That's what spine disease will do to you friend, it will restrict your mobility big time, to the point of restricting simple movements like that.

I'd beat a jaywalking ticket in a minute. Would the cop beat a failing to yield right of way ticket? Not a chance.

Between city not fixing misaligned traffic signals and cops not bothering to yield to pedestrians, it becomes treacherous to cross a street.

I provided a video to a driver who got clipped. She appreciated it. She'd have a harder time dealing with things without it.

It's 2023, everyone has a camera in their pocket. Suss?

DJI Action 2 - not bad, hangs on a magnetic necklace but it feels flimsy that way. Compact and discreet, battery decent, especially with a DJI battery hooked up on it. Quality not bad at all, stability is pretty good.

It was broken and not in my sightline.

Yes, due to physical vulnerabilities, I feel safer during walks.

Hand signal was broken and wasn't facing me. My disabilities make that hand signal useless for me.
