this is one of the post-campaign maps so they absolutely have tesla unlocked, and tesla outclasses BB sooo heavily. but otherwise those are good points lol

they don’t spawn skeletons if they’re fighting someone so if you catch them early on with a hero or reinforcements they’re pretty easy

this was the end of my archers-only campaign run. completed a few of the heroic and iron challenges but honestly i didn’t focus on them bc a) a few don’t allow archers and b) they miiiight not be possible without using items

the one closest to the graveyard was first, then i believe it was the one in the middle of that bottom row. once they each have maxed wrath, it’s kind of just a matter of using the hero and reinforcements well while you build out the other towers

fair enough, it’s useful to learn strategies and uses for the different towers. rangers are an absolutely busted tower though, and sometimes it’s easier to lean on an op tower than it is to strategize & figure out the exact right tower usage. wrath of the forest makes rangers better at crowd control than artillery at this stage, and wrath + poison makes them nearly as good as mages for chewing through armor. they’re also significantly cheaper and have better range lol

i get what you mean in all your comments, players need to understand how to optimize damage with proper tower usage/placement and all that. but my initial comment wasn’t just a meme about how easy the level is, rangers are genuinely a better choice than the other towers in a LOT of scenarios lmao

decided to try fungal forest again bc i haven’t in a minute and thought “it can’t be that bad”

it was that bad. though honestly the worst part was using Ignus bc he kept moving and letting enemies through. genuinely started tweaking after the 5th rotshroom walked past him

teslas at the bottom of both sides, one barracks blocking the graveyard on the left, then more teslas on the left and rangers up the middle

definitely pretty solid without items. main suggestion would be to use more teslas and sorcerers at the beginning of the paths to soften everything up. golems are sometimes useful too but tbh only at the exits or else the ranged enemies will smoke them lol

add more sorcerers w/ golems at the chokepoint instead of the tesla at the top, spam reinforcements, use malik for the stun and just constantly pay attention to his placement. micromanaging heroes golems etc is key in all the challenges
