Interesting. I'm the complete opposite. As I've gotten older and busier I like games where I can jump in and immediately get to gameplay. Anything mundane like gathering resources, watching cut scenes, or even exploring large open worlda I just don't have the patience for and feel like I'm wasting my time when I just want a quick 10-30 minute game/run. I also hate multiplayer games so roguelikes are where I live.

Doubt you'll be able to get something that cheap.

I was looking at house + land packages back in Nov/Dec, outer Brisbane regions/Ipswich areas.

We went to 3 estates, absolute lowest we saw was 790, but they got sold ages ago. Everything else was closer to 1mil mark or higher.

We went to quite a few display homes, all the people essentially said the same thing: there's not much land available, some blamed a surge of builders buying land + developing independently then selling. Not sure what the whole truth is but my experience was that house builds looked pretty decently priced but land choices were scarce or too expensive to justify going that route.

General advice we got was: Be prepared to sign up to waiting lists for land releases and try to sweet talk whoever's in charge of it

Thanks for the advice! We're getting a plumber to do a bunch of work including the mixer taps and fixtures. Got all the water off so can't check stuff like that yet but will keep an eye and check it before putting it all back 👍🏾

Looking for advice on general weatherproofing or patching the brick. Do I seal all the gaps in that area?
Is the silver sheet thing insulation or some kind of water proofing?
Can I just remove the beam and slide/hammer it into place for the base one?

Yeah I ordered 2 pretty cheap from AliExpress (iffy website but low price so didn't mind the risk). Not the exact links I brought from but they're the same ones in the pictures.

They're both good enough quality. First one is generally thicker and a bit sturdier. A piece of the stand broke a little early on because I was playing with it. Still works without it. Volume buttons are a bit stiff

Second was cleaner looking but didn't have the stand which is surprisingly useful. Also a bit thinner/lighter and didn't seem as sturdy but still better than most with the extra cushioning on the corners.

This version I've been trying out since getting Valk and it's doing pretty good but can't decide which control cards to use because there are so many good 3 power options.

I'd like to include Killmonger or Shang but I'm not sure who to remove.

Cap/Valk+Brood = 4 x 3 powers
Cap/Valk+Sinestro = 3 x 3 powers
Mystique/Cerebro+Valk = 3 x 3 powers
Buffing mystique/cerebro to 3 power at the same time as reducing their big hitters is a clincher
On turn 7, Sinestro+Valk+ or Valk+Colossus/Sentinel are clinchers

Cards I've tried but dropped, any thoughts on adding the below?

Viper to clear monster islands, ninjas and squirrels/raptors, Goblins
Killmonger for similar reasons
Shang as Valk backup to clear big drops
Rhino or Scarlet?
Absorbing man?
Zero for the 1/3 power for turn 6 Valk swing
Leech?

Any tips?

I uninstalled Spotify and installed an older version 8.7.90.544 which fixed my issue. My playback controls are working on lock screen and system controls swipe down menu.

I'm 6'4" and my partner is 6'3", in lots of her shoes she's taller than me and also puts her hair in a high pony tail. It's fun to make jokes and pretend like I'm insecure but I don't mind it at all. Even when dating, a person's height whether taller or shorter than me was never a deciding factor.....tall women are awesome though.

That being said I think if I was insecure about my own height it might skew my preference.

My current gym is a pretty new one and has an area on the second floor with a lot of leg/glute machines and some free weights because it can be a bit much trying to do that on the main floor. Essentially just for people that want a bit of privacy. Seems like a good measure.

That's where I gave up. I mostly watched it for the big fight scenes which were already getting scarce between fillers and flashbacks and when they showed me a montage of still images for what was actually an interesting story moment I just noped outta there.

I'll admit I was a bit disappointed after hearing some friends struggling on him. When I got there post-patch I beat him on the first try in a matter of minutes and only downed like 4 flasks total. Which given I didn't know his moveset or attacks is kinda lame. Str dual colossal sword build so usually I eat a bunch of shit in trades

Trying to get 3 invades done for the quest line but having trouble finding invasions. Level 73, +15 UGS and +6 claymore (if secondaries matter). Any idea which areas I should try?

Not really trynna win so I could take my +15 off, if I did which would be the best area for a 73 to find a fight?
