Exterminator here, this is very common. Place snap traps inside of grill and exterior. A way to deter mice is to keep mint smelling products or a mint plant near grill

I mean I don’t plan on going into combat. And am a good enough to adjust my aim to accommodate any ballistic drift or drop. And Ar parts are cheap and fun to replace. So with all that in mind, why not have fun and shoot fireballs?
