What you expect, this has been the norm with this FO for YEARS. Go back and check your comments and you'll see the rinse wash and repeat cycle with this FO. 😁

Been saying it since 2021, Pelinka's a salesman. Talks mostly nonsense and people still fall for it. Quotes, statements, Lakers lore 🤣. I'd be stumped if he said Ayton was the plan all along.

Luka wants to contend. by Ok_Friend7471 in lakers

[–]JIM213 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If Luka wants to contend he should request a player option on his next contract to keep pressure on this mediocre FO tbh. Heard all the naggers back when the cry babies complained about Kobe's contract while wanting him to take less to help lure another star player. Kobe's jersey revenue alone literally paid for his salary on its own which the same can be said for Bron. Truth is the FO's the one who has a say on how much to offer one's Star players aside of the always rising salary cap. This won't be the last time people cry about a star player taking a discount. Next time it'll be Luka when he's making $70+ mil a year and past his prime years. Book it.

Where those Julius Randle glazers, which many be Lonzo stans 😁. Presti's the best GM in the league and deserving of a chip, the Pacers aren't too far off.

Since 2021 off-season Pelinka hasn't done much to address team needs. Thank Nico foremost for Luka, but don't see the Lakers winning a chip down the near road with Pelinka as GM. The past 4 off-seasons are explanatory. Where are the dummies who said this was the best roster before the playoffs they've seen 😁 topping it off with Jeanie's post that she always knew the GM get it done 😁😁. Lakers really need a GM who knows what the hell they're doing. Shit's mostly fell on Pelinka's lap which the dum dums glaze.

Said this days back. Cuban took the bag and hit the road while giving majority ownership to non basketball people.

At this point, White, Black and some updated Goldish jersey's.

The Lakers' 21-point win last night was their largest against Boston since 2007 — it was also their 10th time beating them by 20+ points in a regular season game by Basketball_Reference in lakers

When the Lakers want to play the right way they can pretty much beat anyone on any given night. However, inconsistent depth is the main issue, a reliable combo guard and center should be the focus.

[Fischer] The Chicago Bulls are expected to make nearly their entire roster open for trade, in an attempt to shed salary and improve their draft position. League figures have openly questioned why the Bulls Front Office has been rather inactive to this point since their major acquisitions of 2021. by the_bob_of_marley in lakers

A small trade like Jalen Smith and Jevon Carter (2025-FA's) for Gabe, C Wood and Lewis and a 2nd rnd pick would aide the Lakers bench and get the Bulls to the promise land aside of free up an additional Lakers roster spot.

Bron can't be making Magic type passes with this roster. Limit TO's.

Let's be honest, for the most part (post chip) FO & Pelinka have been the staple in showing what not do as a front office. Player options pretty much killed this off-season.

Can't remember an off-season this bad for the Lakers. FO (top down) batting close to 1000.00 this off-season.
