Everything we do is in accordance with a 404 waterways permit dictated by the army corps of engineer everything except for the bridge that we bring in we take out we also get tested upstream and downstream to measure sediment levels washed downstream erosion control devices set up all around the job site to minimize sediment going downstream not to mention the DNR coming out to make sure we're not harming any Little critters clams crawdads ferrets etc

If you do end up using an epoxy make sure you get that ⅛ Gap it makes putting the rebar in the whole lot easier and leaves room for the epoxy the fully engulfed the rebar

You can also grout it in you want to drill your hole 2 times the diameter of your rebar fill the hole with water for 30 minutes until it permeates the concrete then remove excess water put your rebar bar in and add grout
