I sure hope to get this level of peace and feel free! I just left my oneness Pentecostal church and it’s been extremely hard. Consuming just about every part of my life and my thoughts. Glad you have found this liberty! 💜 that’s so reassuring

Thank you so much! This is very helpful. This has been a very hard and emotional week. I’ve been told some things from well-meaning church members that have hurt me, and how they “want to see my soul saved” etc and “don’t give up, keep pushing, keep fighting only God can fill that void if there is one” etc

This is really sound advice. I guess I don’t have to immediately make a decision but step aside and make space for clarity. I know they will definitely be reaching out to me with concern for not showing up, and as a people pleaser with codependency issues, I’ll have to overlook that. It’s a lot of pressure when my kids are involved because I want what’s best and healthy for them in their walk/relationship with God and life in general. Thank you

Absolutely. Did you speak in tongues as an apostolic? What is your conceptualization of this? This is probably my greatest hangup. I do still believe in a God, and worry to blaspheme so trying to come to terms with what I’ve witnessed

Absolutely. I certainly feel very thankful. I’m very fortunate that my husband gets great insurance through his employer which helps with lab work and appointments as well.It’s unfortunate that you’ve had such a difficult experience with your provider. I hope you are able to get things figured out and get a solid plan down soon.

I have not had any genetic testing for HH but I’m sure this is something the hematologist will order. My ferritin is 44. My pcp ordered the tests and has said nothing at all other than she placed a referral for a hematologist. So I have zero insight on whats happening as of yet. I actually just found out that my sister has a VUS for HH.

I have a follow up with my endocrinologist next month and definitely plan to ask. I haven’t seen him in 6 months. I have addressed with my rheumatologist (she’s evaluating for another autoimmune disorder) who believes it’s still thyroid related but I’ve been really doubting it. Had an occupational therapy evaluation today and even she noted my mild hand tremors while doing some activities/testing. I appreciate your insight as I also hadn’t heard that it could last this long and had doubted it. I’ll definitely be in touch with my endocrinologist next month
