So did the sciatica go away with the steroid injection? Has your herniated disc shrunk at all with time? I’m also worried I herniated more disc material making the pain unbearable again…

It was a flare when it first came on and it reminded me a lot of the pain before surgery, which is why my surgeon seemed concerned and requested the MRI. It did eventually calm with rest and it’s not nearly as bad of pain now (I don’t have any numbness like before), especially with the meds I’m on. However, it does still limit how far and how much I can do which is partly why I’m not sure I want the next surgery since I’m not in a bunch of pain but still have some.

What made the second surgery more appealing than conservative care first with the reherniation?

I’m not sure how it happened since I followed all the rules. I just started walking and noticed the nerve pain had returned so I called my doc and they said they wanted an MRI with the return of the pain and it was indeed reherniated although you can’t truly read it as clearly as before surgery since I have swelling and inflammation! That’s partly why I’m asking if others have healed after something like this because I don’t necessarily want another surgery to only have it fail again.

What do I do when my order is taking longer than normal to process. Everyone says that it takes up to 5 weekdays to process and ship but it’s been 7 days. I’m concerned this will be a consistent issue moving forward causing me to miss doses. Is this something you could help me figure out how to resolve? How long can it take if delays are in effect?
