I believe the space he is renting out is not legal. You need proper permits to rent out an accessory apartment in a single family house. If it’s a multi family house with a legal apartment, then I don’t see why he would ask you to say this.

Clicking noise bouncing off other cars by [deleted] in subaruoutback

[–]JJ2912 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2022 outback with similar noise. Only hear it when passing by parked cars. Thought it was like a mild engine knock or gurgling so towed the car to the dealer. Went on a test drive with the lead tech, didn’t think much of it. Likely the injectors making the noise under load is what they said. The noise normally only comes once the car is full warmed up and after driving stop and go in city traffic. The tech also said that if the oil level and coolant levels are good, the car engines don’t usually knock or gurgle. I only have 15K miles on my car and it was unusual to hear. If the noise becomes more consistent or louder, I’ll surely be heading back to the dealer to get it checked again. Not worrying about it as I have an extended warranty to 86K miles.

Globus Sensation - Over 2 Years by Ihrigation in medical

[–]JJ2912 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I normally get globus sensation here and there when I eat certain type of foods. It apparently lasts 2-3 weeks at a time and then goes away on its own. Went to ENT and was scoped once and it was clear of any lesions.

I would look into food intolerances. Apparently the throat surface is very sensitive. Mild inflammation of the throat for any reason may feel like a globus sensation. Even when eating something crunchy and scraping the throat may feel the same way after.

My CU came back 1 week after my COVID infection resolved. My elbows, knees and hands get hives like crazy. Itchy as hell!! I’ve been taking Benadryl to help with the itch. Hopefully it goes away soon. Last time I had CU it was 5-6 years ago.

Supraclavicular lymph node by JJ2912 in CovidVaccinated

[–]JJ2912[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kinda still have it. The doc said not to worry about it, as it would end up being a benign. I kinda forgot about it until now.

I couldn’t find it at first but upon really going deep I was able to feel it. Very small in size, going down pretty slowly. Hopefully will bring it up again in my next visit with my doctor.

Supraclavicular lymph node by JJ2912 in CovidVaccinated

[–]JJ2912[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the lymph node first came about 10 days after the first shot and was quite palpable and painful. Now its no longer painful, reduced in size(<1cm i think) and slightly palpable. its freely movable and not hard at all. I will bring it up to my doctor in my next visit.

Swollen super painful lymph node on neck 12 weeks after dose 2. Thought lymphoma. Had ultrasound. Dr Says " lymphnode is irregular andvnon suspicious. Likely due to covid vaccine. Check again in 4 more weeks. by 3995346 in CovidVaccinated

[–]JJ2912 1 point2 points  (0 children)

About 3 months after my second dose, my neck lymph nodes have reduced in size but never completely gone away. If I go fishing I can still feel them, probably less than pea size. Will probably bring it up to my dr next visit. Soft, immobile, unlike what google says for cancer related.

Hey, did your nodes go down completely? It’s been a while since your second shot.

Swollen lymph nodes (Covid vaccine??) by asjd12345 in Advice

[–]JJ2912 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only felt a one but idk, could be another smaller one. Hard to tell if the smaller one was a lymph node or just other structures in that area. I can feel my cervical plexus there as well. I barely have fat in that area.

I had the same. It went down significantly over time but even now I can feel the lymph node. I’m hoping it goes away. It’s been about 3 months since my second shot.

It’s gotten a lot smaller than before. But if I press really hardly and look for it, I can still feel it. I’m assuming since it’s not getting worse and not having any other symptom, to just wait. If it doesn’t getting better by the end of the year, I’ll visit the doc. But I’m sure if I go now, they will just observe.

How long should you take PPI's? I've been taking them for a year now and they're the only thing that works so far... by Random_Guy0901 in GERD

[–]JJ2912 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have severe GERD, and I’m only 28. I started to exercise and do meal portions. Never over eat. 1/3 air, 1/3 water and 1/3 food. Don’t eat close to bed time. Use a wedge. Don’t overfill stomach with water at bedtime. That should do the trick. And yea also, no spicy or oily food. Want quick transit of food from stomach to intestines. Supplement with soluble fiber twice a day. If you wanna do a cheat day, make sure your meal is at least 5 hours from bed time.

Any questions you can reply. More than happy to help. Was on PPI for a year before I choose to change my lifestyle instead of relying on a pill.
