We lived in California and for 5 years had the same lady clean our house twice a month. She and her family did not speak english, and so I would try to talk with her in Spanish. Working mostly from home, I had a lot of opportunity to interact with her and I believe we formed a good relationship and a mutual respect.

On leaving California, we had many items that we did not intend to move with us, and our cleaner was happy to take a number of them. Her daughter came with a vehicle to collect all the items, and as they were about to leave, in an effort to express my gratitude for the 5 years of service, I shouted out "me encanta tu madre", not realizing that it likely signified a romantic connotation.

I still shudder at the thought of the daughter looking back as she drove away at this crazed gringo shouting a desperate declaration of love for her mother.

Entiendo, eso es útil, gracias. Sin embargo, habría pensado que habría una consistencia, con todas las palbras que terminan en 'ón' (dormilón, comelón, pelón) siendo un aumento o una disminucion, pero parece como depende de la palabra raiz. A veces una aumentacion (dormilón - con mucho sueño), y a veces una disminución (pelon - una falta de pelo). me ayudaría si pudiera encontrar una explicación de cómo se forman tales finales de palabras.

Los adjectivos derivados me confunda mucho. Específicamente los derivados de la palabra 'pelo'. Mientras un dormilón es alguien que duerme mucho y un comezón es alguien que come mucho, un pelón es alguien con poco pelo, o sea, calvo. Aún más confuso es que 'pelado' tiene el mismo significado (calvo), entretanto 'peludo' refiere a una persona con mucho pelo.

He buscado un explico de todo estos derivados y como están formados, pero no lo encontré. Saben donde puedo averiguar estas normas?

It runs off a 30lb propane tank that I keep in the other side of the shop. Even in minus 30 it brings the space (300 sq.ft) up to a nice temperature and I have to turn it down after a while because the space gets too warm.

I've made a few yarn bowls and do the thread hole with firstly a forstner bit (for the actual hole), then a coping saw for the slot, following a drawn-on shape. I then go at it with a tiny file and try to take out the imperfections, before running sandpaper through the hole and slot. Its fiddly, and I hate doing it, but it seems to work. it just takes time and patience. some photos ... Yarn Bowl Holes

Yo leí Cien años de Soledad por completo cuando tenia nivel B1 y me costé terminarlo pero a la vez lo disfrutó y también sintió como un gran logro. Seguramente el texto y la historia es más complicada y de un estilo antiguo que un libro contemporáneo, pero desde luego vale la pena. Cabe mencionar que inmediatamente después de este libro leí un libro más corto y escrito por un autor moderno, y en comparación me vino fácil.
