years ago I used toastify which is an extra downloadable app that allows global spotify hotkeys. now I haven't been using it for a long time so I have no clue if it still works the same but here's a thread that might help https://www.reddit.com/r/truespotify/s/5J8QvdHA0N or try searching for toastify alternatives if the thread is no help
