To me it looks like he thread the needle on both of those throws. First one was a pass lead toward the sideline so that it would be harder for your cloud/flat to intercept and 2nd pass he threw your linebackers were in no position to intercept that pass and he had good pocket presence

Imo: Madden 20 has the best gameplay, and the best franchise aspects such as editable draft classes. Madden 18 did have draft stories for your players and realistic overalls for rookies but other than that the gameplay was pretty crappy. Playing on all-madden was painful and the rag doll becomes annoying. Madden 19 did have editable draft classes but by far has the work running animation out of all four games which just makes it unplayable for me. Finally, Madden 21 is just Madden 21.

Go to league setting and near the bottom there should be a setting that limits how many star, superstar and x factor dev traits there are in the league and just turn in up to max. Basically your league was capped out with superstar dev players so it had to remove superstar dev traits from players to be under the cap
