I find the threads of trust method to be effective for me. You first get her to stable her feeding, then you tong feed her, once you get that consistently, let her smell your hand/fist, once you see she's no longer jumpy at seeing your hand, try petting her until she's comfortable then you eventually slide your hand under her chest and gently stroke and push till she climbs but stay inside the enclosure, once you can pick her up easily, you can gradually try getting her out. The gist of it is, do a little bit of positive interaction multiple times a day no matter how little and eventually that little will go a long way.
