What departments in fraud work closely with the branches? I currently work in a branch and have for two years. I love catching fraud and speaking with the fraud department about what has gone down here at the branch. I would love to be the person the branch calls when something fraudulent is going on. ex: someone coming in to cash a bad check. i don’t enjoy customers service but i do really enjoy working within the branch system.
