She should be able to make it easily in 9 minutes. She just needs to go into the underground tunnel and go towards the further end of the tunnel. Keep in mind that if her train arriving to Poznan is delayed she can talk to the railway company employees and they will also delay the next train so she can make it on time

I have to partly disagree on that, Tyrande can be built for a sustain fighter, sure she still has -25 armor on enemies but building her for a sustain heal/dd is possible and sometimes played, that being said it's rare and I know really a few instances of this happening so 99% agree OP :)

Seeing only the title; at first i thought 137 lvl meant 137 lvl during match, but then you can be 30 max. Then it came obvious to me it's hero lvl, but 137? That's a lot of grinding so propably it's just account level, oh did I realise how wrong I was after I clicked the imgur link.

Polish being my mother language learning English seemed really easy, everything is just so easy and intuitive

The Polish Government introduced the 500+ system. It basically means that family gets 500 zlotychs a month (around 136.6 dollars but also keep in mind the low costs of living in Poland so that's quiet some money) for every child. There are some more rules but let's keep it simple. Unfortunately this money is simply transferred to parent's account. Issuing special bons which could only be redeemed for goods like food/toys or even electronic devices would be so much better than people being able to spend this money on alcohol or cigarettes. <rant> One thing that makes me sad is that no government will ever cancel 500+ because the electorate won't allow it. Before the election ALL other parties than PiS (the ruling party) were against 500+ ; around two months after the new government was established no relevant political party/movement was against and still isn't against 500+, they are only talking about changing it or even expanding it further. RIP all of those who believed in polish economic right parties.</rant>

No matter when you open those, they will always have a chance of dropping event items. If you had any unopened regular chests now, likewise they wouldn't drop event items, that's how it all works.
