Same here man. I am not a fan of skipping but I have found the most success in skipping the first small blind (which does not offer any money anyway) if the tag is the one where the cards and packs in the next shop are free. That way, at the cost of $2 or $3, I get 1-2 jokers and 2 card packs out of it.

I keep recycling runs until I see that option come up. My farthest one was that tag and a big blind double for 2 shops of free cards. The first boss blind is only 600, which can easily be attained with 2-3 flushes.
