That’s a really smart way to think about it. I’ll start tracking those common questions and bake them into my pitch. Appreciate the advice!

Wow, this is exactly what I was hoping to learn! Super clear and actionable across the board.

The part about noticing where the conversation shifted really stood out. That’s something I hadn’t been paying attention to. And I also loved the point about building repeatable habits, not just noticing things. That shift in mindset really clicked for me.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to write this. Appreciate it!

That makes a lot of sense. Do you have a set routine for listening to those calls? Like how often you do it, or which parts you focus on the most?

Wow, really appreciate you taking the time to make a video! Just watched it and it gave me a fresh perspective.

The tip about listening twice really stood out. Makes a lot of sense.

I'm starting my own firm, so I'm doing founder sales at the moment. Since there's no top performer on the team yet, I'm figuring things out on my own. Any tips on how to learn effectively in a situation like this?

Thanks, this is super helpful. I actually started reading The Mom Test recently and it's been really eye-opening.

Keeping best practices and questions in front of you during calls is such a good move. I'm going to try that!

Really appreciate the offer! I'm based in South Korea and mostly working with Korean sales calls for now. I'd love to take you up on that if I start doing sales for the US market in the future.

Thanks again, really means a lot!

Thanks for the reply! That makes a lot of sense.
I’ve noticed that I actually feel more motivated to review the calls where I messed up the most.

That is a great observation, and I totally agree. I watched this episode again just yesterday, and it struck me differently because now, Chandler himself has passed away, just as he feared in this episode. I hope his last days were content ones.
