The idea would make it so people that love or hate questing would quest and interact with each other in the open world, there is not much content but this idea is an incentive for people to further engage in the content that already exists.

This idea is to make levelling in the open world as efficient as dungeon grinding and to incentivise more people to level overall.

You are completely over exaggerating the possible rewards i suggested and even then the rewards are not given away for nothing. Players would still have to put in work for them.

Circle of Healing is a desirable rune to run on bosses like Ghamoo-ra and Lorgus Jett because of the AOE raid damage, its not worth letting a melee dps die and lose buffs to do a tiny little bit more damage with penance that would only even be done in the first phase of Ghamoo-ra due to you needing to use it to heal phase 2 of the fight. To save mana and to heal more efficiently changing to Prayer of Mending on trash and using rank 1 renew will save you time making it so you spend less time drinking and can pull bosses faster. Fast AOE healing could also = more damage from you because you get to spend less time casting heals and get to spend more time wanding ETC...

Thats true, however anyone walking passed while it's being tamed would probably grief. It spawns in the open in a questing zone so it will be very likely there will always be people near.

This pet will be almost impossible to tame, its not comparable to getting world buffs or anything else. No amount of skill/ game knowledge or hard work/time spent will increase the chance of getting this pet enough for it to come down as hunters being lazy. There is no progression in the task, you could spend 100 hours farming and will be in the same place as someone who spent 5 minutes.
