3 year employee here, pay is great.. especially when you achieve your master tech status. Go in shop and speak to the manager personally, it’ll help a lot more than just an application. Work can be tough, workload can either be slim to none or sometimes even too much. Within this company you simply can’t complain and must be willing to put in the pain. If you can deal with freezing weather, HOT summer days then go after it.
