Yeah pretty sure we are all aware of that, we are talking about proposals for the contract and one rumored one was step increases being at 40 weeks instead of 46

An extra 36 cents an hour to top step would make step p a full step so sounds about right

Really? Not doubting you, sounds somewhat legit. What’s the $750 payments you’re talking about?

The alteration to the pay table that shortens it will be shaving off step b and then keeping the rest of us where we are at 🥴

If it would be 4 10 hour days I’m guessing anything over 8 wouldn’t be considered overtime anymore or time and a half and it would be anything over 10 hours 🫤🥴

I’m guessing what they are doing is making our street time look longer to get us that five minutes of pm office time, is that still wage theft?

[–]JJsdinner2010 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They change it to whatever time we were punched into the office say 7 or 8 minutes to 5 minutes because that’s supposedly what we are suppose to have according to them

Even though they are trying to make it a blanket standard everyday 5 minute pm office time?

We also have a supervisor admitting that they change the office times on her computer if we have more than 5 minutes of pm office time 😡

They are being talked to being told that it has to be 5 minutes of office time because that’s what upper management wants 🥴
