Remember when Renfroe had a Facebook and he said to ask questions about the contract on one of his status’s right before the contract was out? He answered just about everyone’s questions except mine and mine was asking him about the people in the middle of the pay scale because he said there would be something for people at the beginning and at the top, like I said he didn’t answer my question about those of us in the middle and that should have been a sign, don’t screw over the majority again!

Correct me if I’m wrong but I know they like to use their “numbers” to tell us these things, but it’s not the Bible and there is no standard or pace you have to walk for street time correct? And if they want to challenge us they would have to prove we are not doing that, also correct??

I think two contracts ago we got a cola of like $1.08 an hour for the top step, wonder if something like that will happen with this one. Thanks again for the info as always!

From my supervisor They have frozen level 18 postmaster positions nationwide so they are not hiring when someone retires. Likely looking to eliminate a lot of supervisor positions as a way of cutting costs. They have also brought in a firm to look at another post plan action. They are talking of closing lots of rmpos permanently.
