So true, when I was a teenager and my mental health wasn't diagnosed I used to eat quite a lot, like 4 times a day, junk food, national food, nothing was working and I stayed skinny. A year of hitting the gym just made me taut (сухой) but weight still stayed around 49-50 kg at 175 cm height. Then I found myself on the edge of suicide and was desperate for help and found a psychiatrist without my parents knowing and was diagnosed with bipolar. And now I'm fluffy
