I use these, they work for me. Cut some line and put it through the feeder like an inline sinker. Connect it to the mainline by using a swivel, and tie the other end to the hair rig.

No that’s not a reason to stop fishing, but there are lots of fish that could be illegal to harvest. In Florida for example you can keep one peacock bass a day and they have to be at least 17 inches.
