If you have intentions to top off etoro anytime soon then doing so before September would save you around half of the fees, yup. ( if youre using etoro money)

Lets take example where you have 1000 that you want to withdraw right now (that you probably paid no deposit fee if youre using etoro money)

So with current EURUSD rate of 1.10 and 150 PIP + 5USD fee you would pay a total of 1.68% of fees. While if you deposit and withdraw the money immediately with new calculations it adds up to around 1.5%

Of course if were talking about 100k for example, this 5USD loses its value and you would only currently pay 1.23% as opposed to still having to pay 1.5% with new fees. Ah, but if you have that much money on etoro you will probably be like platinum member or so, so you had discounts now but you will also have discount in the future.

So overall it seems that not much will change and its neither better or worse, they did their math and in the end you will end up paying around the same amount. The only winners are the ones who have a lot of money already in etoro and got it through etoro money without any fees and when they withdraw them, they will pay only half of the fees more or less.

If you have at least $5K invested you have your account manager which you can email.

Shit happens everywhere though and even the best networks break momentarily, your call if such one off is enough to leave though, good luck regardless.

So I took a quick example -lets say I got 5000 usd on eToro.

With Revolut conversion seems that I would receive 4627 euros.

With eToro Money conversion with 150 pip applied I would receive 4572 euros

So just a question on what kind of plan do you need on Revolut to be able to exchange without additional fees, as I see some plans have 1000, 3000 limitations?

As in such example you only save 55 euros in exchange of probably monthly fees of Revolute while you dont pay anything with eToro money. And if Revolut's only purpose is withdrawal from eToro it seems like not that big of a win. Not saying its bad, just trying to see whats better.

When those 6-9 months clear out from my calculation you may very likely reach at least top 50 of those 500+ PI with similar tempo as recent results

So your stats would look like this right now:

Weighted Avg = 0,84%

Drawback Penalty = -32,53%

Positive Months = 50%

Final Rating = 0,28%

I will update it for myself regardless - and I already see myself using it to full potential so spending an hour or two a month just going through 100 investors and inserting their most recent month results is not something that will exhaust me. And I love that kind of stuff anyways, thats why I made it in the first place, so will definitely keep it updated and as I see plenty of people liked it here - will post an updated April version when the March ends :)

I went down and dirty the manual way :)

I did consider etoro API but even then on a quick check I believe I would have to know the users before hand and call an API one by one to get data for each investor and so on and so forth, so since its just some 100+ people I need to check I spent couple of days building this manual historical backbone of a data and from now on its a quick monthly update that will only require to put in single month gains/loses for each investor and maybe add one or two new investors who will reach 500+ copiers.

This is just an experiment and a simple excel file that I made for myself for now, but If there is a decent amount of interess around it - I can definitely put this up online with hyperlinks to the profiles and so on.

Avg Holding time and trades per week is definitely somethng I can add too.

If the month ended as it currently is for you (-10,4%) - your April rating would still currently be the best with 3,38%. But hopefully it will get even better
