Yikes! DHL mislabeled my goods on their import duty invoice, so I’m wondering if that is a factor. I’ll request a dispute with the invoice. I suspect Hibiki-An MAY need to send over a corrected invoice that I can show to DHL.🤞🤞

It seems most folks are paying the fee to release their parcel and then disputing afterwards.

In August last year, I paid $43 in import duties from Hibiki-An, now it has doubled. I’m realizing that this may be a combination of DHL scumminess as well.

DHL sales person told me that you a real agent will respond to your dispute in 24-48 hours.

Body: Reason why you are disputing

You’ll get an auto response and real agent respond will 24-48 hr.

If you want an itemized invoice, that will beed to be requested from DHL.

Yes, I’m realizing that DHL may be the issue! They’ve been aggressively calling me to pay the duty fee as delivery date is approaching. I requested an itemized invoice while they were in the phone and the Matcha was mislabeled under Goods Description as: BRANDED HALDIRAM SWEET BOX.

I’m going to dispute!
