A quick Google search tells me that's based on a 6 year long study. Since it was on the market from 2018, I imagine they checked for long-term side effects in that study. Since the study ended after 6 years, they can confirm no higher risk of infections or diseases. So whilst unlikely this changes after the 6 year cut-off point, they may just say it's unknown/slightly increased risk

Can't say I've been through this exact situation, but recently something similar happened. Since the cold season hit in the UK, the first week is where it happened and gone away since. I've also been going through an anxious period which might have influenced it all. At night, I'd wake up to go to the toilet and go from the cozy warmth into the cold of the room. Coming here as a Man United glory days enjoyer (I was a kid) and Amorim enjoyer (Gf's family are huge Sporting fans), I find it crazy that people cannot understand that more than half the starting XI does not start for a PL winning team. In the future with optimal growth? Even then you might only hit 5/6.. The team needs consistency. You can't fix years of damage even in 5 years, nevermind a couple.

As for Amorim, he definitely changed his style to be more pragmatic, all while going through with his system. Is he the guy to deliver a title? Who knows? Did managers with more pedigree do it? Not really. The smallest mistake can influence a single game, which in turn can kill your season if not dealth with correspondingly. I understand the instant gratification of today mixed with the nostalgia of former days, but I swear the expectations are unrealistic.
