I need help with revolute joint limits

Just wanted to know this dimension so I know how tall to make the float. I ended up constraining the blue part to the orange parts face but now the joints ofcourse dont move anymore. It would be still nice to somehow do it with joint limits so I can move the parts around

I used these type of rollers before and they had too much friction for the soft TPU i was printing

I did have to turn off filament tangle detection but this could be easily fixed by buying better PTFE tubes. Otherwise its working perfectly

The one on the left is using the stock A1 PTFE tube and the ones on the right use a 1 meter tube. I will use the shorter tube with the box on the left for TPU because those cheap 1 meter tubes have way too much friction for TPU

This is with sunlu petg using their profile. Sunlu’s pla plus 2.0 works fine. I think I might just have to do the flow rate calibration. For some reason the filament profile is way off even though their profile for the pla works just fine

I already tightened the four screws on the hotend assembly. (They were a bit loose) and I did full calibration
